Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed 12th grade (Science stream) along with a DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Relevant experience in a medical institution is preferred, particularly in laboratory or patient-facing roles.
- Age Limit: The maximum age limit for applicants is 30 years. Reserved categories may be eligible for relaxation as per Government of India guidelines.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for various duties associated with research assistance, including:
- File Preparation: Ensuring all documentation is organized and complete.
- Patient Preparation: Guiding participants to understand study procedures.
- Case Report Form Entry: Documenting study data in case forms as per sponsor requirements.
- Patient Education: Providing ongoing information to participants regarding the study.
- Sample Collection and Management: Handling patient samples, including labeling, storage, and dispatch.
- Patient Monitoring and Compliance: Ensuring patient compliance, conducting regular monitoring, and counseling.
- Blood Sample Collection: Collecting samples from participants of various age groups as required.
